This Room Request Form is for Church Events planned by New Life Tabernacle ministries and its affiliates. If you are the Ministry Leader or if you are the Event Planner/Chairperson – this is the form to use to reserve a room and get the event on the church calendar.
General Upkeep – To ensure the general upkeep of the facilities, ministries are expected to ensure the room(s) reserved are cleaned after use. This includes, but not limited to: removal of trash, straightening of tables and chairs, return of furniture (if relocated from another room), sweeping the floor, etc. Be sure the AC unit and lights are turned off prior to leaving. Failure to comply may result in suspension of future use.
Opening and Closing of Facilities – The Church’s Lockup Team may be contacted for support in opening/closing the facility; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the Ministry Leader to ensure the campus and room(s) are opened/closed for the ministry’s use. Note that each Department Head (and several Ministry Leaders) has access to the property and buildings. With respect to use of the Family Life Center, the Department Head will be permitted electronic access to the Family Life Center from the event start time to the event end time.
Processing Time – Please allow up to three (3) business days to process your room request. During peak months (September – November), allow five (5) business days to process your request.
Ministry Support – It is the responsibility of the Ministry Leader to contact the appropriate ministry/auxiliary leaders when assistance is needed. A listing of leaders can be found on the NLT Organizational Chart. If you have any questions – contact Tiauna Sweet
