Sr. Pastor Daniel M. Davy & Sis Cyvonne Davy
Daniel Davy’s passion for souls fuels everything he does. Born on the island of Jamaica he was imbued with a powerful work ethic at an early age. He has served as an Evangelist, Musician, Sunday school Superintendent, church administrator and Executive Pastor. He also hosted a Radio Program in Toronto for ten years preaching the Apostolic Doctrine. He graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in chemical engineering and served in a management capacity at one of the largest Nuclear power plants in Canada for many years.
His life partner, Sister Cyvonne Davy, an anointed worshipper with a burden for souls that matched his own. She was herself an overachiever personally and academically and she gave herself to the ministry of prayer. Their Union produced four children Daniella (Oneil), Natalie, Benjamin and Aaron (Rachel) who are all involved in ministry. Together they followed the call of God and came to Tampa in 1992 to establish New Life Tabernacle UPC. New Life blossomed into a 2000+ member congregation with 17 daughter works.
Davy is a noted speaker and has authored two books, Building the Real Church and From the Ground Up: The Making of a Vision
